We accept image scans or photocopies of standard logbooks, trip sheets, flight manifest paperwork, company flight records, and more.

For certain logbook programs, our team can prepare an Aircraft Import Log to accompany your transcribed flight data. It will save you time updating aircraft details and ensures accurate time by type reporting when you're ready for that important interview.

AcuLog can perform data imports on behalf of the customer in most commercial logbook programs. This is an optional service and is generally noted on a quote.

Basic Transcription: 

This cost-effective service is to transcribe/convert logbooks and flight records quickly into an import template designed for your e-logbook program selection.

This service does not include our detailed and comprehensive Audit, however, our team will check for basic errors encountered during transcription.

 

Basic Transcription projects are generally completed 50% faster and cost an average of 30% less (compared to Premium)

 

At the end of transcription, AcuLog's team will send you an Excel file with your flight records and it will be your responsibility to review, edit, and potentially correct any data entry issues (generally due to poor handwriting or blurry scans). You will have the option to send your revised file back to AcuLog to convert it to a final .csv format, or we can send you instructions to do this on your own.

Premium Transcription: 

This service is to transcribe/convert logbooks and flight records into an import template designed for your e-logbook program selection. The cost includes our detailed and comprehensive Audit.

 

The audit will identify math errors and flag potential flight logging issues using FAA Rules/Regulations for each flight. The audit is valuable for the preparation of high-level interviews.
